"When BB is walked by Pawsome Pals I am guaranteed a happy dog at the end of the walk. BB loves his Pawsome Pals and Gen. BB is a 3 year old rescued Pomeranian and has become much more sociable since walking in his group and can now happily go off lead and come back when called. Recently BB went for a weekend sleep over and had a brilliant time, he even got a head massage! Gen is a kind professional, caring and experienced animal carer and I highly recommend Pawsome Pals.

"Gen (auntie Gen) has been amazing from the first day she became involved with our little family. We have a little puppy called Bruce and she has not only bent over backwards to accommodate our difficult schedule but most importantly is amazing with him! Her support and encouragement for us as new parents has been exceptional and her (weirdly) encyclopaedic knowledge of puppies, dogs, training and play has been a great help to us. She teaches us a lot like she teaches her puppies, never condescending, always with a lot of praise and encouragement and often rewards us with cute pictures of what our little guy has been up to. She's the 4th member of the family and we are forever grateful to her.

"Gen has been so much more than a dog walker for our family over the last few years. She is warm, generous and a wonderful person who will love your dog as if he/she is her own. Knowing the Nye is so well loved and looked after has been really important for us as we had a baby last year. When I went into labour at 3.30 in the morning and had to go straight into hospital Gen was round by 6.00 in the morning to make sure Nye was fed and looked after. He has boarded with her several times and always comes back happy and healthy. I cannot recommend Gen highly enough. Thank you Gen for everything you do for us!

"Just to let you know we are both so pleased with the service. We can tell that Fina really enjoys spending time with you and the other dogs. It's good to see the Instagram pics every night. We can see she loves it and she seems much more comfortable and confident around other dogs when we go out now.
See you soon
Pete and Michaela"
